ASCAP 2022 ACM Winners Revealed: Lainey Wilson, Carly Pearce, Chris Stapleton, Brothers Osborne, Old Dominion and More

Streaming live from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, the Academy of Country Music revealed the 2022 winners during its 57th annual ceremony, featuring top ASCAP creators. Taking home her first-ever ACM Awards, rising country music star Lainey Wilson led the night with three wins including New Female Artist of the Year and Song of the Year as both artist and songwriter.

 

Carly Pearce won both Female Artist of the Year and Music Event of the Year for “Never Wanted to Be That Girl,” produced by ASCAP hitmaker Josh Osborne. Picking up his 13th ACM award, country music superstar Chris Stapleton received Male Artist of the Year.

 

Brothers Osborne took home Duo of the Year for the third time, while Old Dominion’s win for  Group of the Year marks their fifth time taking home the honor. Songwriter Matt Dragstrem won for his work on Album of the Year Dangerous: The Double Album, and songwriter Jonathan Singleton won Song of the Year for “Things a Man Oughta Know.”
